Our toolbox includes many visually rich and tactile props, flipbooks, training tapestries, comic books on puberty for boys and girls in simple language … everything can compact down inside a simple tote bag

The tapestry to your left is one of 9 underwear patterns from XS - 5XL. Any t-shirt can be upcycled into the most comfortable pair of underwear.

Top right is our latest cloth flip book that details the menstrual story and a great DYI guide to self care and how to make as many liners or protective underwear from locally available sources.

This is a fun Activity called the “comfort challenge” never fails to disappoint! Participants are blindfolded, and plastic pads and soft cloth pads are rubbed against their forearm ... their body language, frowns or smiles speak volumes to the observers as to what is more comfortable.

We are partnering with a large textile company that will be donating 10 tons of excess fabric so that women's groups can make many liners for their communities.

There are so many low-sew or no-sew options that allow any women to be fresh and clean as often as she wants

Sometimes all it takes is a simple demonstration and then they run with it far more than you could dream
